You retain ownership of content you create or upload, including links, pages, panels, prompts, categories, tags, and saved feed items.
You grant LinksPizza a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content and for compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
8. Prohibited Conduct

9. AI-Powered Features
LinksPizza includes AI-powered features such as Smart Search and Smart Discovery. These features may rely on third-party providers and may produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs. AI outputs are provided “as is” and are not professional advice.
10. Feeds and External Content
LinksPizza allows you to add RSS feeds and view external linked content. We do not own or control third-party websites, feeds, or linked material, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, legality, or safety.
11. Subscription Plans and Payments
LinksPizza currently offers Free, Pro Yearly, and Pro Plus plans.
Paid plans may include AI features, secure panels, snapshot history, higher prompt limits, unlimited prompt creation allowances, and ad-free experience. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We may change prices, plans, or included features with reasonable notice.
12. Secure Panels and Privacy Controls
Secure panel features are designed to improve privacy controls in your account, but no system is absolutely secure. You remain responsible for your credentials, device security, and lock-code management.
13. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, logos, UI, and related assets, is owned by LinksPizza or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law or with written permission.
14. Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinksPizza is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you to LinksPizza in the 12 months before the claim.
